Returns & Exchanges

Due to the costs of time and materials, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you’re totally satisfied with the material colors, metal hardware, designs, and embellishments you have chosen before placing your order. Double and triple check measurements, and be sure you are following our sizing guide.

All sales are final.


Furthermore, we can not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing on your part. Our collars are made to be comfortable & aesthetically pleasing for the measurements you provide, as such, there is usually no room to alter a collar  after its made.  Yes, this includes adding holes. 

If your collar is a single layer, and you ordered too small, we may be able to mount it to a base collar in the correct size. This will incur a cost for the base collar + shipping to and from us.


We try to make sure that all pictures are as accurate as possible, but please understand that there may be color variations from screen-to-screen, lighting, etc.. Furthermore, since leather is not a synthetic material, there will be slight variations in color, texture, and markings from hide to hide, and even within a single hide that all of our leather goods are made of. You may see wrinkles, bug bites, scars, etc. from when the animal was alive. We feel this adds to the uniqueness, and character, of each and every piece of gear we craft.


You are buying items totally made from scratch, by hand, the old fashioned way. As such, you may occasionally find a very small tool mark or impression on your gear from it being created, studs that are not 100% perfectly aligned, etc. This is just the cost of buying something made by hand, from a human. 🙂

It will not detract from your items beauty, and we’ve found most people don’t notice or even love the “proof” of creation. If this is something you think will bother you, please do not purchase from us. We can not replace or refund every single item that is not 100% perfect. Our costs would be exponential, which means buying gear from us would be harder on all of our customers as well.

That said, we ask that you understand, we are human and will gladly correct any extreme and blatant workmanship mistakes on our part, just drop us a line. Likewise, if you ever have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to ask us!
